Our vision for Religious Education at Parklands Community Primary School

At Parklands Community Primary School, we aim to ensure that pupils leave Parklands with respect and tolerance for people of all faiths, cultures and beliefs. In line with our school Vision & Values statement, in Religious Education sessions, children learn about the diverse cultures and faiths in Great Britain and beyond. We aim that this will help them to show kindness and empathy towards others, promote British values and safeguard children against extremist or radical ideologies.

At Parklands, we follow the Cheshire West agreed syllabus for RE (2014).
